As Marketing Manager for one of New Zealand's largest urban redevelopment projects in Glen Innes, Auckland, I was responsible for the overall brand story and aesthetic of how we
took over 400 new homes to market. The typography of the homes ranged from terraces through to high end five bedroom, 2 living room family homes and our demographic of buyers included first home buyers right through to executive home buyers. There were a number of complexities in staging and running so many open homes and properties for sale, all of which Dan and the Team from The Look handled expertly. I would often need multiple homes staged at once, furniture shifted quickly between homes or furniture removed at short notice and the team at The Look always found a solution to make this happen for me. Dan and the team were always on call if I needed anything and no job or timeline was ever a problem.
During the staging and sale of over 80 executive homes the furniture, artwork and accessories were always the very best quality and right on brief - I regularly had the home buyers asking if they could purchase the furniture with the home! The team always had enough quality staging no matter how many extra properties I added and they were also very happy to work with existing furniture when required. Through staging so many new homes and shifting furniture in and out we never had any damage to any of the properties which is a real testament to the care the team from The Look take.
The Look team played a crucial part in our properties achieving an absolute premium sales price for the area and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
