- There's no I in team. We strongly believe the value of a team is more than the sum of the individuals. Hence we look for people that can add to the dynamic of our team.
- No shrinking violets. Staging is 90% hard work and 10% reward - not heavy lifting, our carriers do that for us. However it's a busy role, you're on your feet a lot and under time pressure most of the time. We don't ask our team to work 12 hour days, that's not our way. However you also won't have a week to tweak and tune a scheme to perfection.
- You don't need to be a rock star! As mentioned in 1. we're looking for people with a great eye, good work ethic and who like working as part of a team. You don't need a degree, just the ability to know what looks good and how to style is enough for us.
- People matter. Our staff, our clients and our partners are our business. If you share these values, you're on the right track.
