Personally, whilst I obviously thought twice about blowing what seemed like a lot on getting my house staged to sell it, I really think that the house looked absolutely fabulous. I sold the place within 10 days. It's a great house, but I certainly think every penny of the home-staging was worthwhile. It gave the house such a 'complete' and elegant finish. My own gear would never have achieved such a classy look – and I think it really helped to engage people in the emotion of the house.
